1/3/2016. Terry attended our monthly meeting. And he:
- Encouraged us to share information with men we know who might be interested. He said they’ve been approached by the young and old, and male and female. Although men’s sheds are typically the domain of older men, younger men and women of all ages are welcome.
- Talked about projects the North Shore men’s shed have worked on including repairing kindy furniture. (If your local group needs help with something like this, please email Terry).
- Asked for help finding a suitable “home” locally. They are looking to lease 200-400sqm with a breakroom and toilet. They are hoping to secure a council property long term, but are open to a (very affordable) commercial lease short term.
