Monthly meetings
All residents (and people with an interest in our area) are welcome to come along to our monthly meetings.
- Date: Usually the second Tuesday of every month. Check our Facebook page for the date of our next meeting.
- Time: 7.30 – 8.30pm
- Location: St Chads Church, 38 St Johns Rd, Meadowbank View Map
At meetings we typically discuss any issues concerning Meadowbank and St Johns, plan events, and go over any current consultations requiring submissions from Auckland Council. We often have a presenter on a current topic of interest, including developments and Special Housing Areas (SHAs) planned for the area.
Anyone present at the meeting is welcome to make a tangible contribution to the work we do along with our willing band of volunteers, whether by contributing to the discussion or volunteering to help out with one of our initiatives.
We also typically have one or two representatives from the Orākei Local Board present on what is happening in the local board area.
